The Guidelines adopted by the Conference of the Contracting Parties

These are the guidance documents officially adopted by the meetings of the Conference of the Contracting Parties, as follows: COP4 (Montreux, 1990), COP5 (Kushiro, 1993), COP6 (Brisbane, 1996), COP7 (San José, 1999), COP8 (Valencia, 2002), COP9 (Kampala, 2005), and COP10 (Changwon, 2008).
